Classic Slippers for Machine Knitters

This pattern was inspired by a style long enjoyed by hand knitters but has features unique to the capabilities of knitting machines. It isn’t a translation of a hand knitting pattern. Rather it is a method of achieving a similar result using the things that machines do well.
3 gauges are given. standard, mid-gauge and bulky machines may all be used. 12 sizes from XS baby to XXL adult are provided. This covers feet from newborn to men size 15-17. A chart of actual foot lengths along with a comparison of US, UK and EU sizing is included. the slippers may be made with or without the use of a ribber. The pattern instruction sheet has blanks that are to be filled in from the charts of stitch and row counts for the many gauges and sizes.
