I designed it so that the scarf knot on one side counterbalances the hat on the other side but you may want to add a little weight into the base.
I used Bernat Baby Blanket Yarn for the body and a 7 mm hook and a slightly chunky mix for the hat and scarf with
a 6 mm hook and they are about 10” tall. My thought is to use one size smaller hook for your hat and scarf no
matter what yarn you choose. You don’t want the hat and scarf to be stiff like regular amigurumi.
I used 1” felt eyes, a little orange yarn for the noses and black mercerized yarn for the whiskers.
I was able to make 2 1/2 snow bodies out of one skein of the blanket yarn, if you’re wondering!
You can use a thin fur yarn for the snowball and trim. I used Little Bunny on the kitty and Sweet Snuggles Lite on
the snowman.
