This sweater has a tailored fit sure to please any figure. It is worked in the round to the armholes. Shoulders are shaped using short rows and finished with a three-needle bind-off. The sleeves are knit top down in the round with short row shaped sleeve caps. Collar and cuffs are worked in a twisted rib pattern with two sizing options for the collar. The bottom of the sweater is worked with a hem and a chart is provided to add one’s initials to the hem. This sweater was designed to enhance the beauty of the yarn’s self striping while at the same time introducing some interesting design challenges for the intermediate knitter. A wonderful sweater to learn several new design techniques.
