Clatrum Cowl
I hope you enjoy this free pattern which I am offering as a way to give back to the knitting community. If you would like to support the creation of future patterns, please consider making a small contribution via Paypal to: Paypal.me/Viktionary
Donations go towards purchasing yarn for future designs and the occasional Earl Grey latte to keep the fires of creativity fueled. Regardless of whether you contribute or not, thank you for your support and kind words on my patterns.
This cowl is created from only knit and purl stitches, but the outcome looks like a mock cable weaving in and out of purl ‘fences’. This is a very easy and quick knit, but it is still enough to hold your interest. The lines of the ‘fences’ inspired me to call this Clatrum which is Latin for “bars or railings”.
