Everything is worked in the rounds. There are a lot of color changes, if you don’t really like that, I have a more beginner friendly octopus: Claudine the Octopus!

I used one skein of red cotton yarn, but a lot of leftover yarn. If you want to use similar yarns, here are my recommendations:
• red: Rainbow Cotton 8/4 - color 59 dark red
• yellow: Rainbow Cotton 8/4 - color 55 sunny yellow
• orange: Rainbow Cotton 8/4 - color 57 orange
• light brown: Rainbow Cotton 8/4 - color 7 brown
• dark brown: Rainbow Cotton 8/4 - color 8 dark brown
