The Claudette Hat is crocheted from top to bottom in spiral rounds, creating a seamless finish. After completion, the hat is turned inside out so please make sure that any knots or yarn connections are not visible on the new outside. To maintain its shape, the Claudette Hat should be hand-washed, stuffed with towels, and stretched into the correct form.

The Claudette Hat has little to no room for movement (positive ease) in relation to the circumference of your head.

Before you start
Crochet single crochet (sc) in spiral rounds, meaning you continue crocheting at the end of each round. The first single crochet (sc) of each round is always crocheted into the first sc of the previous round.
