The top is constructed in pieces, starting with the center front, which is made in half double crochet turning in each row. These are hooked in a not so traditional way, which you will see in the link of video tutorial attached to the first part.
After you’ve made the front center, you’ll work vertically to the middle fabric, side to side, that is work the fantasy flower stitches through all the rows of the center part.
