This is a quick DK knit and perfect addition to an Autumn Wardrobe.

The two wool options given are from independent wool producers in the UK. Saxon DK is a Chilton Grounds Farm yarn produced from their very own flock of Wensleydale. Mamo DK is produced by Northern Yarn, Lancaster and combines Poll Dorset and Blue Faced Leicester fleeces.

It is a good simple introduction to fairisle stranded colour work, knitted in the round, using only 2 colours throughout. It has the same pattern on the front and back of the mitt, wth an easy chart to colour, for which any 2 contrasting colours could be substituted.

The pattern gauge produces a glove for hand circumference 20 cm and length 15 cm. To increase the size you can go up or down a needle size from the size used to obtain the pattern gauge.
