INTRODUCTION

Cleo is an elegant top with a wide neckline close to the neck. The back and the front are identical. The armholes are designed to provide comfort to the arm. The Cleo top is knitted in a simple pattern with a ribbed effect. Its cashmere cotton yarn brings comfort, lightness and softness to the top. It is knitted in circular to the armholes then back and forth from the armholes. The straps are gathered in grafting, so there is no seam. You can adjust the length of the top before starting the armholes. Stitches are picked up around the neckline and armholes to create a thin ribbed edge.

SIZE GUIDE

Make a gauge before you start knitting. The Cleo top is worn with 4 to 6 cm of negative ease. Choose the size that best relates to your bust measurement once the 4 to 6 cm of negative ease has been removed.

Bust circumference (under the arms): 80 / 84 / 92 / 96 / 104 / 116 cm with a negative ease of 4 to 6 cm.

Top length: adjustable. Recommended length 50 / 52 / 54 / 56 / 58 / 60 cm.

Gauge in stockinette stitch (washed and blocked): 10X10 cm: 24 sts X 30 rows with 3 mm needles.

Rib pattern gauge (washed and blocked): 10X10 cm: 30 sts X 41 rows with 3 mm needles.

Suggested needles: Circular needle 2.5 mm and 3 mm (40 and 80 cm or only 80 cm in magic loop).

Material: stitch marker, row counter.

Suggested yarn: Cotton Cashmere Antique colour by Lolilafée. 1 ball = 50 g for 180 m.

PRÉSENTATION

Le top Cléo est un débardeur élégant avec une large encolure proche du coup. Le dos et le devant sont identiques. Les emmanchures sont pensées pour offrir de l’aisance au bras. Le top Cléo est tricoté dans un motif simple à l’effet côtelé. Son fil en coton cachemire apporte confort, légèreté et douceur au top. Il est tricoté en circulaire jusqu’aux emmanchures puis en aller-retour à partir des emmanchures. Les bretelles sont rassemblées en grafting, il n’y a donc pas de couture. Vous pourrez ajuster la longueur du débardeur avant de passer aux emmanchures. Des mailles sont relevées autour de l’encolure et des emmanchures pour réaliser une fine bordure côtelée.

Réalisez un échantillon avant de commencer votre tricot. Le top Cléo se porte avec 4 à 6 cm d’aisance négative. Choisissez la taille qui se rapporte le plus de votre tour de buste une fois les 4 à 6 cm d’aisance négative retirés.
