Maine winters are brutal especially on the coast. This cowl was inspired by the gorgeous cliffs and rocks of Cliff Island and is perfect for keeping your neck warm while walking the coast even on the coldest winter days.

I used a Super Bulky Weight but pattern is adjustable for any weight yarn or size hook. Instructions on how to adjust for other weight yarns are in the pattern. Gauge is not important.

Pattern is suitable for advanced beginners or intermediate crocheters.

Stitches used are-
Single Crochet, Chain Stitch, Double Crochet and Front Post Treble Crochet.
