Clive’s jumper pattern is written in three sizes for smaller dog breeds. The main part of the jumper is made in one piece, one square at a time, entrelac style. Starting at the “tail end” of the back and working towards the neck, then from front neck towards the stomach area, joining the side seams on completion. The photograph above illustrates jumper made using James C Brett Marble double knitting weight yarn, a 5.00mm and 4.50mm crochet hook. (It may be possible to make the main part of the jumper with a regular crochet hook). The collar is worked with regular crochet, front and back post stitches. The regular crochet instructions are written in UK terms.
