Clockwork Raven
Intermediate/Advanced. Color work sweater is worked from the top down in a single piece with raglan sleeves. The entire sweater is knit in the round.
Size: To fit bust size: Small (38”), Medium (42”), Large (46”), X-Large (50”), XX-Large(54”).
Sweater shown in photo is medium. Sweater should have approx. 2-4” negative ease for a more flattering fit.
Materials: 9 colors (1 black, 1 red, and 7 brown gradients) 100% pure Rohrspatz und Wollmeise fingering weight merino wool yarn 100g = 350 meters = 383 yards. The pattern requires approximately 1900-2400 yards depending on size.
(Size medium shown in photo took approx. 550 grams 2107 yards.)
Needles: US size 4 circular needle (or size needed to obtain gauge). One set of US 4 double pointed needles.
Other: Stitch markers, stitch holders (or scrap of yarn), and yarn needle.
Gauge: 28 stitches and 32 rows worked in Stockinette = 4” x 4” square on size US 4 needles.
