For those who are starting their knitting journey, these little pieces are great for practice, because the same techniques are used as on the baby size pieces.

PATTERNS INFORMATIONS:

• Experience level: Advanced Beginner.
• Construction: Knitted flat.
• Yarn: Sport / DK weight yarn for the overalls and hat. Aran weight yarn for the blanket and nest.
• Tension: Sport/DK: 25 stitches x 34 rows = 10cm / 4” in stocking stitch with 3,5mm (US 4) needles and Aran: 17 stitches x 24 rows = 10cm / 4” in stocking stitch with 5mm (US 8) needles.
• Yardage: overalls (±100 meters), hat (±25m), nest (±155m), blanket (±100m).
• Needles: 3,5mm (US4) and 3mm(US2,5) circular and double pointed needles, 5mm (US 8) circular needles with 100cm /40” for the nest (you need two circular needles because of the 3 needle bind off method), 4mm (US 6) double pointed needles.
• Materials: stitch markers, tapestry needle, scissors, buttons, scrap yarn, stuffing for the nest (80gr),
• Knitting techniques: Knit, Purl, Knitting in the round, simple increases and decreases, picking up stitches, I-cord, 3 needle bind off.
• Languages: English and Portuguese.
