This is a very versatile pattern, if you change the yarn, colours and embellishments you can come up with all kinds of clothespin pals. Make a few in pastel colours, pink and blue, for a clip on the outside of a baby gift, or tie a clothespin pal to a piece of ribbon, tie baby soother to the other end of the ribbon. Now when it’s clipped onto baby and he spits out his soother it won’t fall on the floor. Make one to hold your files together, or present a class project to your teacher with a clothespin pal securing it. Clip one onto the belt loop of your jeans, or your back pack. Clip one into your ponytail. Clip one onto a bag of fresh muffins with the recipe card attached. Clip one onto the edge of a plant for your mom……Oh, so many ideas….
