Notes
This skirt is worked onto waistband elastic that has been measured and sewn into a circle. A row of buttonhole/blanket stitch is sewn (by hand) to the bottom edge of the elastic. Onto this row of stitching the crochet work will begin.
This skirt is made using a variety of different colour yarns, and the instructions reflect this, but it can be made using a single colour yarn.
