For my yearly cowl for Mom, I needed the softest yarn in my stash. I found packed away this special skein of Sojourn 2ply by Miss Babs from ages ago. Pairing it with a simple delicate lace pattern inspired by the ethereal beauty of clouds. Crafted to be worn snuggled tight to your neck, this cowl is designed to be not just an accessory, but a comforting embrace around your neck.

Yarn: Miss Babs Soujourn (65% Cashmere/35% silk, 200 yards/45 grams) (I used 2-ply older version) Oyster

Needles: US 5/3.75mm 16” Circular Needles

Notions: Stitch Markers, T-pins for blocking

Gauge: 24 stitches = 4 inches in pattern after blocking. Although gauge is not crucial for this project, it will affect the finished size and yarn requirements. A looser gauge will result in the use of more yarn.

Finished Size: 12” tall x 19” around after light steam blocking
