A repeating pattern of undulating lines and curling waves give distinctly different looks from front to back. On the blue-dominant side you see a tempestuous sea during a storm while the white-dominant side gives the impression of fluffy, swirling clouds. This seamless repeating pattern means you don’t have to worry about the amount of yarn you have. The sample was made with just 420 yards of each colour of fingering yarn and measures 38.5” x 9.5” but you can start and end this pattern anywhere you like and repeat as many times as you like. The JHD Smart chart labels the first block of every section larger than 5 stitches with the number of stitches in the group, making it easy to follow the intricate design.
