Clover Romper
Clover Romper is worked from the top to the bottom. First, the neckline is shaped with short-rows for a better fit. Next, the Raglan increases and the Body. Then, the front and the back crotch gusset are worked. The sleeves and ruffle are worked last.
Ruffle at the top of the romper - option 1. Ruffle under the bust - option 2.
