You can make these Cute Clown decorations in three different sizes
They are knitted around ball pool balls and ping pong balls.

Small – 12.5 mm (ping pong/table tennis ball)
Medium – 17 mm (small ball pool ball, mine were from pound shops in net bags of 15.
Large – 20 mm (regular size ball pool ball which I have found in supermarkets and charity shops.)
They are a great way to recycle plastic balls.
They have a little bowler hat and their tinsel yarn hair is part of the basic ball.
For the eyes I used four-hole buttons or you can embroider the eyes. They are designed as ornaments and not as toys but please consider safety when choosing your eyes and sew all small pieces on securely
I use them to decorate at birthday parties and Christmas time.
Note the small and medium sizes are knitted on 3 mm needles and the large is knitted on 3.25 mm needles unless otherwise stated.
Oddments of double knitting yarn in pale pink, red, white and chosen hat colour
Tinsel yarn for the hair
A small handful of toy stuffing for hat and nose
2 Buttons for the eyes 9 mm, 13 mm and 15 mm respectively.
