Clueless pullover is a waist length pullover with intended ease 6-12 cm/2-5”. Knitted top down in the round in 2x2 rib with full length sleeves. The back is shaped in the bottom with short rows to make it longer than the front. There is also short rows in the back of the neck.

YARN: Flow Merino Sport, Rosy Sport, Cheeky Merino Joy (approx. 320 m/100 g ≈ 350 yds/100 g).

YARDAGE: approx. 270-300-330-(360-400-440)-480-520-560 g ≈ 864-960-1056-(1152-1280-1408)-1536-1664-1792 m ≈ 910-1015-1120-(1225-1365-1505)-1645-1785-1925 yds.= 3-3-4-(4-4-5)-5-6-6 skeins.

ALTERNATIVE YARN: Esther by Permin, BC Bio Balance (approx. 225 m/50 g ≈ 250 yds/100 g).

For the two-coloured version the relationship between the colours is about 35% of yardage for the top colour and 65% for the bottom colour.

NEEDLES: 3,5 mm + 3 mm circular needle, 40-100 cm (US size 4 + 2,5 16-40 in. long)
3,5 mm + 3 mm DPN for sleeves (US size 4 + 2,5), alternatively long circular needles for magic loop.

GAUGE ≈ 22 sts x 29 r on needles 3,5 mm (US 4) in 2x2 rib.

TECHNIQUES: Knit, purl, left/right increases (both in knits and purls), decreases (both in knits and purls), german short rows.

OTHER MATERIALS: 8 markers, darning needle, scissors, measuring tape.

The intended ease is 6-12 cm/2-5 in. But since it’s knitted in rib it works both tighter and looser although if you are between two sizes i would recommend you to choose the size above.

TIPS & MODIFICATIONS: in the pattern there are suggestions on how you can make the shoulders wider (in all sizes but A), the waist more narrow, A-line shape on the body, different types of necklines and bust darts.
