If you are like me you choose a blanket by the stitch/pattern first and not the size. Did you ever see a blanket you really Love but the pattern is for a baby blanket? Or it is baby blanket size and you want to make a large afghan. Not a problem here….Every one of my patterns includes the pattern repeat so that you can make it ANY size.

The Blue and Cream blanket measures 40” wide x 36” long (101 cm x 91cm). It was made with Red Heart Worsted weight Yarn. The recommended hook size on the label was “H”, so that is what I used. I used 8 oz. Baby Blue and 8 oz. Aran. I started with 99 chains for this blanket.

The White Blanket measures 32” wide x 40” long (81 cm x 101 cm). It was made with Big Twist Rainbow Classic Yarn in White. I used 2 skeins (11 oz. each). This was a bulky yarn. I used the recommended hook size on the skein of yarn which was “J”. I started with 75 chains for this blanket.
