This is a really fast and easy pattern. It would make a great last minute gift. I crocheted my scarf in red for Valentine’s Day but this scarf would look great in any color or variegated. I used a 5.0 crochet hook so I would get a really neat texture from the cluster stitches but if you would like something airy and not crocheted as tightly for your scarfs I suggest going up a size to the 6.0 hook.
