Clustered Amber Earrings
Amber comes in many different shades, shapes and sizes, and I find it well-suited to crochet jewelry. It blends well with the style of the stitches and creates an organic look. Small amber beads are lightweight. This means they won’t damage the thread and can be used to make earring for all-day, comfortable wear.
Materials:
Gold metallic thread, about 11yd (10m)
About 14 amber dark bead chips, 5 x 11 mm
About 40 brown seed beads, size 6 °
About 40 gold seed beads, size 4°
2 gold-plated crimp ends, 4-5mm inside diameter
1 pair gold-plated ear wires
Scissors
Multipurpose glue
Pliers
