I designed this blanket/throw to be dense and warm with sharp color contrasts and lots of texture. I designed this for my son and wanted a masculine border so I added the overlapping cable, but it would look equally nice with many other borders including a simple shell. I worked the entire blanket with a US L hook and two strands of worsted yarn (Red Heart Soft), but it would also be wonderful in one strand for a lighter weight or even a sport for a finer baby weight.

Approximately 56” x 62”
