Tension/gauge: Round 1 measures 5cm (2 in.) between ch 2 loops.

1 ball of yarn makes 2 coasters. There are two options for beads (size 6 seed beads); beaded edge only requires 60 beads per coaster. Fully beaded coaster requires 150 beads.
