Delightful pattern to knit an 18”/19” Girl Dolls Coat of many colours with matching dress.

Knitted in double knitting wool on 4 mm needles. Relatively easy pattern for an experienced knitter.
Coat is knitted from bottom up in one piece and divided for armholes and shapings, sleeves are knitted separately.(no messy backs and fronts to stitch together, just sleeves to stitch in).
Dress is knitted in one piece, top down with only back seam to stitch.

Coat and dress use approx 75 grams assorted coloured double knitting wool, great to use up wool from your stash. Can also be knitted in one colour or any combination you choose.

18”/19” will fit Gotz, Design-a-Friend, American Girl.

Easy to put on and take off. Just right for imaginitive play for your little one.

What little girl could want more for her doll?

My Grand daughter loves her 18”Girl Doll but she finds the fabric clothes cost too much to buy from her pocket money, (and difficult for little fingers to put on and take off!), so she asked her ‘Knitting Nanny Mo’ to design and knit some for her.
My grand daughter recently watched Joseph and his Amazing Multi coloured dream coat at her school and was quick to let me know her doll would like a coat like that! She was delighted with this version!
