This pattern is made for a woman’s medium to large and would be easily changed to men’s by sizing up the needles or yarn weight.

The construction is interesting since I start with the thumb and then knit the body of the mitten from the fingers up adding the thumb when it is needed and then knitting the cuff. I enjoy this since I can keep trying the mittens on to see how they fit.
