Cobbled Hat
While walking through the streets of SoHo, “downtown” NYC, one of the things I enjoy the most is when I come across a street that looks like individually layed stones. I have a friend of mine who is from Europe and she always tells me how the streets in her hometown look the same, so it’s nothing fancy or different to her. For me, it temporarily transports me to another world and another time. There seems to be something magical in those streets in contrast to the smooth asphalt (and potholes) of the others. The Cobbled Hat changes textures just as smoothly as those streets. Using a combination of ribbing, stockinette stick and seed stitch, this beginner friendly hat will take you on a fun journey to make a quick project that’ll keep you warm and toasty!
