About
Featuring wide sleeves and a deep, gently curving neckline, this lightweight top is designed with spring in mind. The cotton-blend yarn paired with this fresh and fun silhouette creates the perfect breathable top to wear during the warmer months.
The name Cobra Crop comes from the unique colour pattern created when crocheted that resembles snakeskin - thanks Anna (@hooks.and.tangles) for the great name suggestion! The overall design for this light and airy sweater was kept clean and simple to let this yarn really shine.
Designed with crocheters in mind who are new to sweater making, this beginner-friendly top is worked in an easy stitch pattern with minimal shaping in the neckline and the sleeves, making this top a breeze to complete for both experienced and novice crocheters alike. With its casual, relaxed fit, this carefree piece is easy to wear and is sure to fit seamlessly into anyone’s wardrobe.

Sizing
This is a #SizeInclusive pattern, written for 9 sizes: XS (S, M, L, XL)(2X, 3X, 4X, 5X) to fit bust sizes 28-30 (32-34, 36-38, 40-42, 44-46) (48-50, 52-54, 56-58, 60-62)“ based on the CYC sizing standards. There is 2-4” (5-10 cm) of positive ease built in to the sweater. Since the sleeves are worked separately from the body, you can make any size of sleeve if you think the measurements of another size will give you a better fit.
When choosing a size, choose a garment bust size that is 2-4” (5-10 cm) larger than your actual bust measurement, depending on how much positive ease you would like in your sweater. Model has 34″ (86 cm)bust and is wearing a size small with a garment bust measurement of 36″ (91cm), worn with 2” (5 cm) of positive ease.
