This pattern is for a crocheted cocker spaniel. This dog can be felted, if using wool yarns. This dog also looks great not felted. This dog, when felted, measures around 8 inches (20cm) tall.

Crochet hook, size I (5.5mm)
Tapestry needle
Fiberfill
(2) for felting: (optional)
1/4 cup liquid soap (for washing machine) felting or 1 Tbsp (for hand felting)
Kitchen sink, washing machine or dryer
Scrap 100% black wool yarn (for nose and eyes)
