Sizes:
Newborn, 3 months, 6 months

Yarn:
Sport Weight 20-60 grams.
100-200 yards.
Sample was made using LaBour Line Baby Camelhair in color Natural.

Needles:
US size 5/3.75 mm Circular or dpns
US Size 4/3.5 mm Circular knitting needle appropriate for the circumference of your hat.
Or size needed to achieve gauge.

Gauge:
26 sts X 32 rows = 4 inches on US size 5 needles in stockinette stitch.

Stitches Used:
k- Knit.
p- Purl.
k2tog- Knit two stitches together as one.

The sample is knit from my own line of natural colored baby camelhair yarn. Suggested yarn is sport weight, not too fuzzy, and solid or semi solid colored. The design will get lost in more complicated colored yarns.

This pattern is a simple knit and would be suitable for a beginner knitter. The pattern is charted as well as fully written.
