Cocoon Cowl
This pattern is
available for free.
Get cozy! This fun neck warmer is perfect for advanced beginners. It looks complicated, but with simple single and double crochet stitches? You’ll be wrapping yourself up in no time.
Materials
- Main: ~ 200 yards worsted weight yarn to make a smaller cowl as shown above. I used Lion Brand Heartland yarn in Acadia. To substitute, I recommend a plied yarn with a soft drape.
- Accent: ~ 30 yards lace weight yarn. I used Madeline Tosh Impression yarn in Glazed Pecan.
Size
Instructions included to make a longer length cowl.
Gauge
I did not make a gauge swatch for this cowl, but aimed for looser stitches.
