This skirt is made by ribbing stitches.
The silhouette is made by combining sc and hdc.

There is one side of seaming at the end, and that connects the skirt in a round way. (photos & video are attached)

The waist belt is made stretchable. Stitches are worked in rounds along with 3 mm elastic band. This simple method is neat and clean finish and most importantly very comfortable to wear all day long.
