Fancy and comfortable socks featuring a cabled section over a background of form-fitting 2x2 rib.

YARN
1 skein of Corriedale Sock by Woollentwine (100% Corriedale wool) 400m/ 100g.
Sock is knit to length, so yardage will vary based on how long your sock is! One skein should suffice for the three sizes and different lengths.

NEEDLES
— US 1 (2.25 mm) circular needle with a short cable or a cable of at least 80 cm length for magic loop for the cuff.
— US 1.5 (2.5 mm) circular needle with a short cable or a cable of at least 80 cm for magic loop for working the rest of the sock.
If not using magic loop, it is recommended to use a pair of DPNs or an extra pair of short circular needles to work the decreases of the toe.

GAUGE
36 sts x 40 rounds = 4” (10 cm) in 2x2 rib stitch in the round after blocking.
