Coffee Date
This pattern is no longer for sale.
There is a low vision format available. 22 pt font, verdana text with no italics.
Dedicated to Eric, my biggest support and best friend.
Construction
This reversible, two-color stockinette brioche hat is knit in the round, bottom-up. Fun fact: the wrong side was originally intended to be the right side because I love the texture of the purl brioche side. However, the crown shaping shows up better on the knit brioche side, so that’s what I ended up getting more photographs of.
Sizing
Sizes for this hat are determined by gauge. Below are the finished circumferences for the hats:
Adult S: 19.5” / 49.5 cm

Gauge
For Adult S: 18 st = 4” / 10 cm in stockinette brioche
For Adult M: 16 st = 4” / 10 cm in stockinette brioche
For Adult L: 14 st = 4” / 10 cm in stockinette brioche

• US 7 / 4.5 mm (for an Adult Medium) or size needed to obtain desired gauge (I got gauge on a US 5 / 3.5 mm for the Adult Small). 16” circulars and DPNs or 40+” circulars if you want to use the magic loop method.
