This gorgeous sweater is made using chevron or wavy or zig zag stitches. It is perfect for all coffee lovers. If you prefer you can make the ice cream version, customize it as you want. Add a pocket if you so desire. This pullover is loose over sized, it is super comfortable to wear and it looks very stylish at the same time. Wear it and sip your coffee to keep warm this winter. It has a lacy pattern. You can wear this crochet cardigan over all outfits weather pants or a dress, it is very versatile. Wear it as a boat neck or off shoulder top and make a long version or a short version. There is a YouTube tutorial that explains in detail and I have linked it at the end of this pattern.
Skill: intermediate, beginner tutorial is available on YouTube.
Yarn: You can use any light/ dk weight (weight 3) yarn.
Yarn used by me: Stylecraft Special double knit.
Shade: MC: 1064 Mocha, CC1: 1054 walnut
Amount needed: approx. 3 (3, 4, 5) skeins or 231 (282, 360, 414) g of MC, 1 skein/ less than 100 g of CC1.
100 gm has 295 m/ 322 yards of yarn, it is a 100% premium acrylic yarn.
Tip: A few color changes work best to bring out the chevron pattern.
Crochet Hook: 5mm (H size)
Notions: tapestry needle, scissors, measuring tape, stitch markers.
Finished sizes:
XS/S (M/L, XL/2XL, 3XL/4XL)
The pattern is written in US crochet terms in ENGLISH. This is a 16 page PDF pattern. It has written instructions for the crochet pattern and detailed pattern row by row notes with pictures. It does not include finished product. It can be made in any similar yarn suitable for your hook. There is a YouTube tutorial that explains in detail and I have linked it.
