This is a pattern for a cool, slightly oversized beanie/toque. There are two technique elements featured; A discreet cast on that looks almost invisible and an I-cord knitted in the round with the rest of the hat.

Play with the colours and use other types of yarns, make it non-striped or skip the I-cord, there is a great possibility of variation.
