“Mommy, I’m sooo cooold!”

That seems to be the way every winter starts, and how can I resist? I pick up hook and yarn and make something for my little guys to put on. This particular hat is about as easy as they come: warm and thick with cozy ribs and a wide fold-up brim, it’s really only a simple rectangle, sewed into hat-form. Even a bare beginner should be able to handle this project, but it looks so good that no one will guess! Best of all?
