INTRODUCTION

The Colette sweater is knitted in stockinette. Its wool is thin, soft and keeps the body warm. Its shape is adjusted, tightened at the waist and then flared towards the chest. The Colette sweater is worn quite short, ideal to be worn with pants or a high waist skirt but can be lengthened. Its collar is crew-necked. Body and sleeves are knitted separately to provide an adjust, flattering fit. The body is knitted in circular to the armholes then back and forth. The sleeves are knitted from top to bottom. They are knitted back and forth to the armholes then in circular pattern. The flounces are simply knitted as an extension of the sleeve. The collar is knitted directly from the neckline, picking up stitches.

The Colette sweater is knitted with 8 to 10 cm of positive ease at the chest. Check all the measurements on the 1st page to choose your size. If you hesitate between two sizes, prefer the larger size.

Sizes: XS / S / M / L / XL / 2XL

Bust (under the arms) : 95 / 100 / 105 / 110 / 115 / 120 cm with 8 to 10 cm of positive ease.

Length of the sweater (from bottom to top without collar) : 52 / 54 / 56 / 58 / 60 / 62 cm

Hips / waist circumference (bottom of sweater) : 78 / 83 / 88 / 93 / 98 / 103 cm

Gauge in stockinette stitch: 10X10 : 28 sts X 37 rows with 3 mm needle

Suggested needles: Cicular needle 2,5 mm ( 80 cm ) ; 3mm (40 cm and 80 cm or only 80 cm with the magic loop method) , 2 mm ( 40 cm )

Material: Markers sticth ( or knotted threads), a row counter.

Suggested yarn : Drops Alpaca (color 9024) or other wool with similar gauge.

Number of skeins: XS: 5 / S : 6 / M : 6 / L : 7 / XL : 7 / 2XL : 8

PRESENTATION

Le pull Colette est tricoté en jersey. Sa laine est fine, douce et tient le corps au chaud. Sa forme est ajustée, resserrée à la taille puis évasée vers la poitrine. Le pull Colette se porte assez court, idéal pour être porté avec un pantalon ou une jupe taille haute mais peut être rallongé. Son col est ras de cou. Corps et manches sont tricotées séparement afin d’offrir une tenue ajustée et seyante. Le corps est tricoté en circulaire jusqu’aux emmanchures puis en aller retour. Les manches sont tricotées du haut vers le bas. Elles sont tricotées en aller retour jusqu’aux emmanchures puis en circulaire. Les volants sont tricotés simplement dans le prolongement de la manche. Le col lui, est tricoté directement depuis l’encolure en relevant des mailles.
