Collecting breeze is worked from the bottom up. First knit the boxy shape body then frills are attached to both sides. There is no difference in front and back neck shaping. Some stitches are picked up from the top of right and left side slits to start frills then worked towards the hem. Bottom of the frill is shaped with German short rows to create a longer back.
