I made this design from the principle of ”embracing the process” and almost didn’t change anything as the work progressed. Completed it in one day. I really wish I were able to keep the same attitude with life in general, but I guess that probably takes a whole life’s experience to get to that point….Luckily, being able to crochet takes me one little step closer :)
This pattern is a good place to start, if you would like to try out lace shawls, and want something that works up fairly quickly compared to most lace shawls without compromising the elegant look.

Written pattern: this is a written pattern that is easy to read and follow. The pattern is divided into clear sections. Includes progress photos
Gradient yarn works really well with this pattern, but you can also use a solid yarn. I used 1 ball of (160 g) Kauni yarn.
The shawl is worked flat, starting from the middle of the neck and working in rows, forming a triangular shape throughout the pattern. I highly recommend blocking the shawl to open up the stitches and shape it to your liking.
