I loved crayons as a kid. I was so excited when I received the BIG box with the sharpener on the back. There were so many colors! Your leftover yarn stash is like a box of crayons, except you might not find a lot of coloring pages (patterns) for your yarn scraps. This shawl is a great coloring page for your yarns. I’ve included a tutorial for you to calculate your yarn amounts so you can make the most of your scraps. (I used my leftovers from my Watching Downton Cowl for this project.)

The Color in the Lines shawl uses knits and purls to create a lovely texture that accents each stripe of color.
