Color Me Cozy Fall Collection - Pattern 1: Fringed Cowl

It’s not too early to start making your cooler weather wearables. This is the first pattern in a series of three that I am releasing this month. My Color Me Cozy Fall Pattern Collection consists of three patterns in the series:

• Fringed Cowl - Pattern 1
• Hooded Cowl/Turtleneck
• Fingerless Mitts

Each pattern includes:

• Full written pattern instructions
• Helpful photos and diagrams (where applicable)
• Helpful links to stitch tutorials

Level of Difficulty: Beginner to Advanced
It is easy enough for a beginner to make and interesting enough for an advanced crocheter.

Materials: For this pattern, I used just a bit more than one full cake of the Caron Blossom Cakes yarn. If you choose to add the fringe, you will likely need a bit more than one full cake. Of course, you could also work the fringe with any complementary color found in the yarn cake and it would certainly make the cowl “pop!”

Additional Materials Needed: All of the basic items including hook (5.5 mm), stitch markers, measuring tape, scissors, and an optional button (not pictured).
