Mom has had a ceramic bluish-purple skunk bank sitting on her dresser for as long as I can remember. My sister and I have always loved it. I decided I would make a skunk that reminded me of it. This is the result.

Gauge isn’t important. Using the materials I did your skunk should stand 8 1/2 inches tall.

The skunk body is worked in the round. The stripe is worked flat.
