This pattern is for a single granny square, but can be used to create a blanket of whatever size you choose! For a 40” x 60” blanket, I typically create 35 squares, using between 10 and 12 skeins of LB Wool Ease Thick & Quick.

Pattern can be adapted to any yarn weight when accompanied by the appropriate crochet hook.

Individual squares can be used as oversized coasters, hot pads, and mug rugs!
