Color Theory
Color Theory is currently in draft form for testing. It is being offered at a discount until the final version is released.
Inspired by KristenJ’s Woodstock Afghan, I started playing with colors in Paint and ordered a whole messa Stylecraft to see what I could make of it.
Color Theory came from those experiments.
The actual written pattern came about because Pam Stinnett asked for it for two solid years. Uncle!
The pattern can be used to make an afghan or a scarf and includes recipe information for customizing your project including making different sizes of finished objects or using different weights of yarn.
Color Theory is crocheted using simple stitches. Stitches include: chain, double crochet, single crochet, slip stitch, and triple crochet.
If you have questions about this pattern, please feel free to contact me or visit us in our CrochetWorks Group on Ravelry.
Please note: I’ve made a couple of color adjustments from the original Edna’s Color Theory Afghan in the published version to reflect Stylecraft’s newer offerings. Some of the testers are helping me locate other yarn options -- brands, weights, and fibers -- as well.
You are welcome to purchase this pattern and test it with us, or you may purchase it and leave it in your library until we work out the kinks.
You will automatically receive updates and the final version of the pattern as they are released.
