Materials
• Less than 1 skein Lion Brand Homespun yarn (I used colorway Painted desert)
• 6mm/J hook
• Tapestry needle
• Scissors

Gauge and Sizing
It is hard to measure a gauge with this yarn so Instead I am giving you a few key measurements so you know that you are on track.

Band width: 3 inches

Finished hat measures 10 inches tall. 10 inches across the body and 9 inches across the band.

• Sc: single crochet
• Sl St: slip stitch
• BLO: back loop only
• Hdc: half double crochet
• St(s): Stitch(es)
• Sc2tog: single crochet 2 together
