Show your pride in the Centennial State with a cap that looks like the Colorado State flag! This cap is knitted in the round on circular needles with a hemmed edge. The “C” is knitted separately and stitched on after the cap is completed. The dense fabric and the deep hem help keep out the cold on the slopes, on the trail, or around town.
Skill Level: Intermediate
The pattern is sized for adult women and men.
Cap is written using Brown Sheep Nature Spun Worsted and requires:
- Nordic Blue (N30W) - 123 yards 112 m
- Snow (740W) - 25 yards 23 m
- Red Fox (N46W) - small amount for “C”
- Goldenrod (125W) - small amount for “C”
Material Needed:
- 16-inch 40 cm circular in size needed to obtain gauge
- 16-inch 40 cm circular one size smaller
- 1 set of 5 double-pointed needles in size needed to obtain gauge
