Colorado Winter Mitts
Winter in Colorado is stunning when the temperature falls. Beautiful drifts of powdery snow and fields crisscrossed with deer, elk and other animal tracks. (Did I see a bobcat last week? Yes.) These quick-to-knit mitts would make wonderful gifts to be worn long after the holidays are over. With small amounts needed, it’s time to stash-dive!
- The coordinating cowl will be released in early 2019, so treat yourself to full skeins if you want to match!
- The pattern was written for White & Green yarn, but of course you can choose any colors you would like.
- Add multi-colored seed beads to make Christmas trees!
- Instructions are identical for medium and large; only needle size changes

140 yards for TWO mitts. if using 2 colors, you would need 70 yards of one color and 70 yards of a second color.
(not that you’d make only one mitt, but hopefully the amounts help you plan.)
