Colors 101 Scarf
This pattern is an easy way to start with colorwork. It is a slip stitch pattern worked with two or three contrasting colors. If you use 2 colors, you will get vertical stripes down the length of the scarf. If you use 3 colors, you will get vertical stripes that alternate in color.
If you don’t like to weave in ends, look at How to Weave in Ends While Knitting.
